Romans 4:17 describes God as the giver of life and creator of non-existent things. He’s our example and father, who believed in raising the dead and creating things that didn’t exist.

David’s Victory: In 1 Samuel 17:46, before fighting Goliath, David declared, “Today the Lord will deliver you into my hand, and I’ll kill you.” He confidently proclaimed victory, trusting in God’s power, and later experienced it.
