No isn’t No! Part 2

“NO” isn’t the opposite of “YES”.  

Let them know that if they heard a “No”, it doesn’t mean that they are worthless, rejected or the opposite of yes. 

Rather it means that there’s something they might have missed out on, they are not ready yet - they need to prepare more etc.

‘No!’ is a detour sign.

‘No!’ means re-direction.
